Vision
To provide higher education to the youth of remote mountainous rural areas and to enhance their skills for their all round development, to instil high moral values and the spirit of leadership in them and to prepare the students for contribution in various fields of nation building.

सुदूरवर्ती पर्वतीय ग्रामीण क्षेत्र के युवाओं को उच्च शिक्षा प्रदान करने के साथ उनका सर्वांगीण विकास करना एवं उनके भीतर में उच्च नैतिक मूल्यों और नेतृत्व की भावना को प्रोत्साहित करना। विद्यार्थियों को राष्ट्र निर्माण के विभिन्न क्षेत्रों में योगदान लिए तैयार करना और उन्हे राष्ट्र निर्माण की गतिविधियों से जोडना।
